Data Request (GDPR / CCPA)

Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data. Use this form to submit a request.
What happens next?
- We will verify your identity and process the request within 14 days (GDPR Art. 12(3) allows 1 month; CCPA allows 45 days — we aim faster).
- For data access requests, you will receive a summary of all personal data we hold.
- For data export requests, you will receive a downloadable JSON file.
- For data deletion requests, all personal data will be permanently removed after a 30‑day grace period.
- If you have an active account, you can also access your data export directly from Settings.
